Holidays like this make me glad that I live really far away from my family. And if they did live close, I would always be hosting food based get togethers where I could guarantee that everything would be fully vegan.

None of the stores had non-dairy whipped cream this year.... Me: "screw it! I can make my own with a 99 cent can of chickpeas, a dash of vanilla, some organic powdered sugar, and a few min with the mixer on high" Aquafaba (bean water) is liquid gold!
