At the approximate age of probably 13ish, this cat has suddenly decided that he doesn't need to sleep at night any more. He feels like that means that the man and I should get up at various points during the night to either cuddle or feed him. I did not consent to this contract.

Gonna try to sleep with this weighted blanket tonight to see if it eases the night time fibro pain. The weird thing about my fibro pain is that it happens in the limbs I'm not lying on (side sleeper). I wake several times a night with my upside arm sore & have to switch sides, pffffttt! 😶

It seems the recent all over body muscle tension I've been experiencing may be because the testosterone has gone too high. So now I've got this constant negative feedback where my muscles are tense so my stupid brain is assumming we're under threat & increasing the tension 🙈 fuxake 😂
