Had an honest chat with my therapist about where my mental health is at the moment. She told me that she is reducing my session fee for a while so I can afford to keep seeing her until I can regulate again. Then we laughed at something inappropriate together.

Other chronically ill folk will appreciate the irony in being turned down for disability only to finally get an abnormal blood result 💀. I'll never recover fully at this point, but hopefully if I can tolerate this treatment it will ease things a bit 🤞 #ChronicPain #ChronicIllness

As someone with ADHD I think it's a mix. Some of us inherited it & some are presenting as ADHD through negative brain development experiences. Both can be disabling, there is no hierarchy.

He's had a tough couple of days with his arthritis & a vet visit. So I sit here with him sandwiching the electric blanket between himself & my lap. And I sweat. But look at his liddle kissable cheek! 😍

I have to say, having to retreat to bed this afternoon was cheered considerably by this little set up 😊 ❤️

One of the worst things about having arthritis in your spine isn't the pain... nah, fuck that, it's the pain. Can't even get a comfortable seat in my own bastard house FML.

Took the attic door down to add a pull bar to it only to discover that the ball bags who replaced it a few years ago didn't insulate it. They also made it from a thin piece of plywood that looks like they got it out of the skip.

I saw someone with a range rover doing this on the side of the trolley hut outside Sainsbury's. It was very satisfying.
