I feel like people became so obsessed with "clutter" and the idea of having these boring empty spaces to live in that it's only added to the feeling of not needing to actually own any of your media and thus, you don't own any of the memories of that media, it's all just ephemeral Content.

I'm only at 27 games finished this year, which is probably the lowest I've had at the midpoint of the year in a decade. Several long rpgs in the list will do that. My top 5 right now are Trails Beyond the Horizon, RE9, Pragmata, Monster Hunter Stories 3 and Paranormasight: The Mermaid's Curse

I feel like people aren't seeing the big picture with saying they won't buy PS6 and they'll just go with a PC. The problem is going to be your PC will fail and we won't have components to replace your stuff with, at any price point, even if all you want is to play indie games, we have many problems

My feeling on Sony cutting disc production is that I'm really not surprised. I've had people telling me physical games are dead since the PS4 came out. People are getting mad now but they pushed for this to happen and they didn't support it enough so now it'll be gone and it sucks.

The timing on the new IIDX machines is very weird to me, I'm not really sure what it is or what the lag is on the new monitors. It was also my first time playing with noise canceling headphones so I couldn't hear my own key presses, that probably really affected me, MAN I still love the game though

Xscape is a great little arcade, everything is maintained well, DDR has a fan right over it, volume is good, the racing games are good, it's just missing fighters and shooters, though it has Time Crisis 4 and Dark Escape

I am extremely proud of sticking with this and fully learning Ghost Squad. It's a 3 stage lightgun game that takes 20 minutes to beat so as as you can see that's a lot of playthroughs. I still love the voice acting even after 20 hours of hearing them repeatedly

I saw Disclosure Day, it was very uneven I think. I wasn't expecting the more religious parts of it, it's very Spielberg cheesy, lots of lens flare but Emily Blunt is awesome in it and the cinematography can be incredibly good
