Made some homemade biscuits and gravy for dinner. Turned out really good. The biscuits are super light and fluffy.

Went to Lovebird Almost Famous Fried Chicken today for lunch and tried one of their "Why!!!" level of heat chicken tenders. I cried... I ate it all, but I actually hit tears. My others were medium, and tasted like no heat after. I just wanted to say I'd tried that level of heat. Good, but oww!

I feel like I both want to be social, and at the same time I want to be alone. My anxiety is affecting my ability to be social. I need to get back to hanging out in VRChat. Also, time to sleep. I'd like to know why i feel stressed, but no reason why. Anxiety.

Made this very tasty cobblestone bread today. Fresh yeast dough, formed into balls, put in a loaf pan and between layers of the balls and on top I put sharp cheddar, parm, and chunks of butter. Baked up so delicious! You can just tear it apart.

Mentally feeling exhausted for some reason. I do know I suffer seasonal depression during the winter, but ugh it's hitting early it feels like. So hard to be motivated. Nothing feels right. I know how to act happy, but it's tiring.

I love fresh baked bread.

Sometimes when I'm making bread, I wish I had rave LED style lights for my oven. Though as the bread baked it would become red as the party the yeast are having turns into the pits of steamy, hot, bread death.
