I’ve been sticking to my walking pad for half an hour a day, yesterday I finally kicked it up to “speed I go when moving between my dealer table and the bathroom” and honestly? I felt a ton better than just “stroll with grandma” I haaaate exercise but it’s nice to find something my body can do.

2025 was a harder year for me than most. I worked more shows than I ever have, and struggled with a lot of Feelings, including a major burnout over summer and fall. I feel like I’m finally peeling out of that cocoon, and I really hope for better things in 2026.
