Rewatched WARRIORS OF VIRTUE earlier, and it's growing on me as time goes by. I liked the fighting when I was younger, but now I appreciate the near-operatic performances, crazy visual design and cinematography. It's a very silly movie, but I dig it. Wuxia Kangaroos, man. That makes ANYTHING better.

This movie is AWESOME. A cult goes after a young girl while she’s being babysat, but the regular babysitter’s pro wrestler boyfriend is subbing in for her. With that as the setup, this has got the gory goods, and some very satisfying fights. HERE FOR BLOOD is some serious fun.

THE CROW is a perfect film. I won’t argue with anyone, because it’s what I BELIEVE. I watch it every Valentine’s Day. And any other day, because it’s so fucking good that I can put it on anytime and enjoy it just as much. I love THE CROW. Always have, always will.

Upon a rewatch, I’m of the thinking that GoT could definitely have benefited from looking more like EXCALIBUR than how it does. A bit of artificiality in the lighting wouldn’t have hurt. You can be grim and dark and still be able to see what’s going on.
