The three busts, with the faces carved into moveable ball and chains - like something from Dr Who - will, I'm sure, give me nightmares.

Just in from a lovely teatime visit to Alexander 'Greek' Thomson's Holmwood House - which was positively glowing in the low evening sunshine - for the opening of sculptor Jonathan Owen's exhibition.

This is amazing.

Had great fun in tonight's #RPG game, Unleashed, where we were all playing Good Dogs involved in a heist at Trump Tower.

At Scottish Labour Conference in Feb 2025, a leadership-backed motion to adopt a transphobic policy on single-sex spaces in schools was defeated. Party members and affiliates voted it down. Today Scottish Labour's leadership put that transphobic policy into its manifesto for May's election anyway.

Scotland is already generating huge amounts of cheap, clean, green renewable electricity. It's cheap to generate, but it's not cheap to consume because of the way the UK Government chooses to regulate energy prices. They need to break the link between electricity and the international gas price. 5/6
