Reading archival news online I sometimes see it in the print context, which can be jarring. The grim placement of this wedding jewelry add next to a 2022 story about women with life-threatening pregnancy complications desperately crossing state lines for medical care.

"Family woman" does not exist as a term, it's redundant. "Family man" does not apply to a househusband or stay-at-home father. It's for real men with important careers that say their families mean everything to them, and who appear faithful. Should not use this unattributed (looking at you, NPR)

Abortion bans making pregnancy more dangerous, shaming women for using tylenol, making the world more dangerous for babies: this is all pronatalist because pronatalism is about recreating mandatory childbearing, not making childbearing easier.

Some terms are always gendered. "Family man" (today, Charlie Kirk), "stats guy," and "finance guy" come to mind. If there isn't an equivalent term for another gender, only use these to make a point about gender, IMO.
