I often get technical questions — on social media or otherwise — and I am happy to help when I can. In an effort to make it easier to get support, I am opening up (paid) office hours on Friday afternoons.

Nothing like finding the wire transfer details for a bank in Hong Kong amongst your dementia dad’s papers to get you heart pumping. He was a prime target for scammers — who got 6k out of him once.

My father passed away this afternoon in the ICU after a massive stroke. I am utterly heartbroken. Everyone called him Pops — he was mischievous, incredibly friendly, and kind of a dope. I am going to miss him so fucking much.
