Tried Jan to setup a local LLM for claude code. It sets env variables in .zshenv to do so - but doesn't communicate that (maybe I'm blind?), nor does it revert those changes when stopping the local API server. Not knowing how this works under the hood "breaks" your claude code beyond reinstall 🫠

Had a blast talking about web animations to our local web-/app dev community at the recent programmier.bar meetup. Its a broad topic covering CSS/Javascript anims, render-pipeline, third party libraries/ tools (@rive.app) and also our workflow at @lotum.com a.o.

I started using oxlint and oxfmt in my agent stop hook in order to very quickly apply autofixes after agent changes and report back problems to the agent that can’t be autofixed. The sheer speed of the oxc stack makes this loop so smooth 😍👏🏻👏🏻👏🏻

CSS masonry (aka grid-lanes) has two orientations: rows and columns. I'm trying to think of good metaphors... Row is easy: a brick wall, that's where the masonry term comes from. Column: many call it waterfall, but trying to put it into an image doesn't work. Motorway works a lot better.
