Happy 100th anniversary to the Phantom of the Opera. I've been lucky enough to see this movie twice with live music, first a silent movie pianest and this year with a band. Incredible experience for an incredible movie that holds up a century later.

Some movies on Disney Plus do this annoying thing where if it's an Imax scene, it automatically switches aspect ratios even if it's a quick scene. Tron Legacy doesn't have this problem, every scene that expands makes sense considering where in the movie we are.

When things look bad, one of the things that keeps me going is that today isn't the end. Tomorrow comes even if it seems far away. That doesn't mean be complicit, it means doing what you can to make sure tomorrow does come. Yeah that's just a bunch of hollow words, but it's keeping me going.
