Every time I see a developer use AI to generate cartoon characters for their slides they instantly devalue their entire presentation. Especially if they use that Ghibli one. It’s tone deaf, disrespectful, and ultimately cheapens your content.

Every couple of months I check in with web components to see how they’re doing and they never fail to disappoint me. I’ll get gaslit and see some big company adopt it then wonder “oh shit WC must be back” and you just find those companies signed up for complex and bespoke tool chains.
