Just discovered the Shadowhunters series and blazed through the first season. Really gave me Buffy vibes mixed with a few other more modern supernatural shows. I’m sure to some it’s campy, but I appreciated their commitment to the world building.

"Tropical Thunder" (Destroyer x Panama) flowering for 52 days. No sign of any more nanners but I'll be doing deep scans everyday regardless. Both the Destroyer & the Panama are stable IBLs, but the Meao Thai in the Destroyer was known to be highly unstable as it took 7 generations (F7) to "tame" it.

this year I released Clawdio, a JavaScript library that uses Rust and WASM to process audio. it was a great exploration of modern web and audio programming techniques, and I had a lot of fun getting creative coding the docs website

I still mask to support my partner and just not get sick (it’s actually awesome). Whenever an asshole coughs purposefully around me it just reveals how small their brain is. Wild how these clowns mock maskers, when there’s a wealth of actual contemporary evil and stupidity to combat instead.

One of the most underrated design skills in games is graphic design for things like decals and fake branding for posters/stickers/flyers/books/props/signs/displays. We take this stuff for granted and yet they are very much a world building detail that adds so much more life to environments.
