I haven't really drawn much of my posh miltank man
For those who're new, this is Victor. He's one of the regularly reoccuring characters in my roster.
He's a pokemon hybrid, meaning he was infected with a virus that causes him to turn into a pokemon, and in his case, Miltank (much to his dismay)
