Reaper would be fantastic for Galbana Lily. Tweaking the avatar lore a bit would make for a great OC to pair her with. It'd be great. Drusilla's assumptions about her moral character, her condescension, and outright provocation in the first quest would ensure Lily never works with her again.

You don't have to work on a story in strict chronological order! If an idea comes to you for the middle or the end, write that, and leave yourself some placeholder notes for filling in the gaps later (and then highlight it in an obnoxious color to make it easy to find again).
