In unserer neuen Studie gehen wir intensiv darauf ein, wie die Treibhausgasemissionen aus der Nutztierhaltung reduziert werden können. Wie Grafik 24 zeigt, werden 4/5 der THG-Reduktion aus der Verringerung des Bestandes erreicht, aber auch 1/5 aus der stärkeren Nutzung von Minderungstechnologien.
