In December I went into a super slow motion maintenance before committing to a legit cut beginning in March. At my peak I was around 240lbs and this week I saw a number under 180lbs for the first time since 2020. 49 more days of shredding to go. Lettuce do this 🥬

The straight men in my gym have been SO NICE to me this weekend. The sweet guy from Italy AND the bodybuilder/hyrox Mormon both came up to tell me that the cut looks good. Girl, my personality would be so much less pointy if straight men had been this nice to me growing up.

Killing time before heading to the gym and I started PokéSword on my Switch2. 1.) PokéUK was so much more pleasant than PokéSpain. Less open world. More deeply curated experiences, please. 2.) Modern mon design S+ tier: Wooloo and Scorbunny. My children. My angels.

I feel like I spend 98% of my life doing the emotional version of muscle tension to brace for impact; when I can finally unclench it feels foreign and a bit somber. I can’t cry on my meds, but I CAN collapse prone, motionless, and feel the momentary stillness in ephemeral peace. Lol then the gym.

If you're wanting to undertake the experience of the bodybuilding lifestyle just be prepared to get FRUSTRATED in the in between times of bulking and cutting (maintenance period). You're just not making much progress. It's required not Holy hell does it SUCK when you're impatient (this week for me)

The roof to the school was mangled in the storm (after a bad repair job over the summer), and subsequently two rooms had ceiling collapses and floods. Thank god we don’t own the building, because mold remediation and insurance claims will be a titanic cost and time suck.

6ish months apart! Dropped the weight of approximately 3-5 adult cats, found better lighting, and learned to do that thing where you cheat and bring your waist in with your knuckles.
