Education folks: is anyone using MAP (or any other assessment beyond SAT) to predict success in AP Courses? I want to expand enrollment and to have some good data behind why it is a viable option for more students than it might appear at first blush.

I’ve had a full day of Difficult Conversations with coworkers and I feel ALIVE. Unfortunately Radical Candor really is that girl.

For real though I am floored that this is me. Looking at current pictures a day or two out constantly fills me with pure bewilderment. I’m nowhere near “done,” but this is beyond my wildest dreams from when I started lifting. It’s corny, but I’m just appreciative of having stuck with it.

Remember that one singular time I took real pictures? (It was a shoot about the impacts of oil on coastal swamp environments.) This baby man. This tiny, angular creature.

The cut hasn’t officially started yet but I’m already seeing more definition. I hope I can hang onto most of the size visually, but also… I’m very happy with how things are progressing.
