awww im flattered. atm i am less involved in Lancer TTRPG stuff than i'd like. i'm dabbling in other different-but-adjacent things. gun autism RPGs and gundam with the serial numbers filed off to be exact. o7 i still poke my head into the Lancer space from time to time though.

We really, REALLY need to be talking about this as an industry. This is not normal. This is not sustainable. There is so much talent out there underemployed and barely hanging on and just as much talent already in serious financial trouble. I don't know how you fix it, but we HAVE to fix it.
