Today marks the 50th anniversary of the death of Dawn Elliot, who on June 16th, 1975, was found hanging from a tree just off of a trail in Devil’s Hopyard State Park. Dawn was the last victim killed by the Devil of Mapleshade found before the infamous serial killer seemingly vanished.
