This. The crisis of democracy was never about the loss of procedural norms. It is entirely about one minoritarian faction raging against the notion that democracy ought to include and serve those cut out of the original compact. And too much of the judiciary is enabling that attack.

This is so dangerous. It's really about immunizing a minoritarian, extremist political faction from ANY democratic accountability - so they can rule unimpeded. Such dismantling of administrative institutions complements their efforts to rig elections and weaponize the judiciary.
