I might have overdone it this thanksgiving… I gained 16 pounds this month. 524 ➡️540

Something I've had to unlearn as I've aged was a perfectionism ingrained in my youth. I was taught "If you're not going to do it right, don't do it at all." Nowadays I try to stick to "Get it done first, then make it good." I'm still a perfectionist, but it comes AFTER I'm done making something.

Weighed in at 532 this tummy Tuesday! Hopefully thanksgiving can push me up to 535 by the end of the month!
