I am a big believer in the power of consistency in doing anything you care about. There are so many factors involved in success you cannot control for, but if you keep showing up and doing the thing, you'll be better at it than if you hadn't, and more likely to see good things happen as a result.

Spoiler alert: People get frustrated doing a thing when their knowledge of a thing surpasses their ability. Knowing is not doing. Do a thing, and you'll be pleasantly surprised to find that knowledge comes after. Know a thing, and you'll be annoyed until you can catch up in doing what you know.
