I’m one of many who say emphatically that when it comes to the safe, protected bike & active transport infrastructure our cities need, paint isn’t infrastructure. It’s a true statement where vulnerable people are surrounded by unsafe vehicles. But painted bus-only lanes? Smart & transformative.
