This week's canning projects were all about the cherries: 3 pints of Danish cherry sauce and 3 quarts and 5 pints of delicious cherry pie filling all topped off with 4 pints of green beans from my bean plants that are just starting to produce. I LOVE putting homemade food on the shelf! #canningsky

First loaf out of the new oven with Bread Proofing option. The proof temp was 15 degrees warmer than my usual temp, so I overproofed the hell out of it and then burned the bottom while baking because it bakes way hotter, but I'm pretty darn happy with this crumb! #breadsky #bakesky

I'm finally assembling the blocks for my version of Rhododendron Trail. As usual, I've made the mathing exponentially more difficult by changing up the layout quite considerably from the pattern but apart from that there's no reason for me to drink more wine than normal. 25 more blocks to go!
