Life after a depressive episode is all about cleaning up the messes you made, facing the reality of your actions, and apologizing. It’s accountability and it makes it even harder to crawl out of that hole. But it has to be done.

I’ve had a few people reach out to me via text and one even email me because they couldn’t find my Instagram. I legitimately didn’t think that anybody would notice if I disappeared.

I’ve deactivated or deleted every social media account I have except for this one. This one feels like a secret since I get little to not engagement on it. Now I can be an obnoxious self loathing pos in peace 😌

There are a lot of things that I dislike about myself but the number one thing is how I want to disappear completely after being a monumental disappointment. I am not worth the air I breathe.
