Its getting worse! The UCP started ” engagement” on replacing AISH with ADAP (paying $200 less). 70,000 people will be kicked off AISH, and forced onto the new program that pays $200 a month less. If you are unable to work you can apply back with a full medical form.

I happened to notice that the Alberta govt quietly changed its expense report disclosure policy on Aug. 1, hours before a long weekend. The changes were significant — receipts no longer had to be publicly disclosed, and 8 years of expenses had been 'undisclosed.'
