I installed the Fair Package Manager (@fairpm) on my personal site last night. I'm excited to say it worked flawlessly. A couple of plugins were updated from Fastly's servers, & a paid plugin updated from its servers as normal. I'm excited to see what else comes from this interesting development.

Another FAIR shoutout I totally forgot: big thanks to @mburnette.com - thewp.world powers the events API in the Dashboard Widget, listing both WordCamps and other community events.

Zendesk's "Explore" report builder is the singular worst data tool I have used in the past year. It's incredibly unintuitive to work out what data is being displayed, and to create any sort of useful display of it.

It’s clear that we need a change in #WordPress, and that has to start with proper leadership. We have to do something to save this project. I fully support this effort by @joost.blog and @marucchi.com
