It’s so nice seeing a bunch of CaitVi creatives move to this site, I’ve always stayed on the peripheral of the drama and it’s so nice to just appreciate people’s passion projects here and not read every day about someone getting called slurs or hate crimes by randos

I want to get better. I want to be the best person I can be. But it is so hard to push myself to do these things. And if I were to explain literally any part of this to anyone who doesn't have ADHD they'd look at me like I'm nuts. ADHD IS a disability and Ableism fucking sucks.

Executive dysfunction sounds like pure laziness until you're the one sitting in a computer chair for two hours having binged Extra History videos while simultaneously being stressed about the work tasks you haven't done instead of just doing them.

The thing I hate most about ADHD symptoms is that they sound absolutely fake until you're the one dealing with them. Being held accountable for a mistake in my work SHOULD make me want to fix the mistake, but it INSTEAD makes me want to give up and do literally anything but that.
