Daily depressive symptom ratings across the menstrual cycle show individual differences in cyclicity and differential patterns for different symptoms, highlighting the need for individualization in assessment and treatment. I’m very happy to share the preprint of our most recent meta-analysis on sex/gender differences in PTSD risk factors. osf.io/preprints/ps... Most importantly, our results suggest that women’s increased risk for PTSD is due to their higher immediate psychological stress responses to trauma.
