With Swiss collaborators, we studied how stress arousal reappraisal (SAR) & worked examples (WE) help medical students manage stress during breaking bad news. WE improved coping, while SAR enhanced cardiovascular responses, shifting stress from 'threat' to 'challenge.' doi.org/10.1038/s415...
