I finally have songs that I’m fixated on and life is better now bc of that!! I love being able to stim through music that my brain latches onto and I listen to hours and days on end!! Thriving in this aspect!!

Of all the stims I have and have had- one of the most annoying ones is my whistle stim. Whether it be me repeating bird song I heard or just whistling the same note with the same length over and over, it gets annoying and overwhelming (ironic) it hurts to listen but I can’t stop doing it :(

I want to thank footage of the international space station orbiting the earth for being accessible bc it helps me calm down and is a great visual stim for me- lots of comfort in footage like this, especially when it’s the dark side of the earth!
