Everyone is talking about stories about schools for magic. There is a reason I put this line in near the end of The Modern Pleasuremage.

If you are hankering for a book about a boy who goes to wizard school and makes friends and enemies and suffers harsh trials and defeats a dark shadow to become a wise, kind, compassionate man and mage, may I recommend A Wizard of Earthsea (and the whole Earthsea Cycle) by Ursula K. LeGuin .

Maybe "Secrets of the Soul"? Most of the Telepath War arc of Babylon 5 just doesn't live up to the rest of the series.

I recently saw a kickstarter campaign that proudly declared that all writing was done without AI, by hard-working humans who deserved to be paid for their work... However they saw no issue using AI for ALL of their art assets.
