PA rolled out a Medicaid street place-of-service code in 2023. We talked to 13 orgs across PA. Only 4 are using it. Barriers: burdensome; fee-for-service doesn’t fit the mission; provider eligibility is narrow. Time to expand eligibility (RNs 😊) and rethink payment models. @ncsp-penn.bsky.social
