Last week Wed night (and well into Thurs morning!), 11 PPP staff participated in the Philly Spring Homeless Count. They identified nearly 600 individuals experiencing homelessness in Kensington. The Spring Count illuminates local trends in homelessness & helps us understand our community's needs.
