David Courvelle, 56, admitted in federal court that he engaged in repeated sexual contact with a Nicaraguan detainee while working as a contract officer at the South Louisiana ICE Processing Center in Basile. The detainee, identified only by initials, was dependent on the facility and its staff.

It's important that these things be tracked and people stay informed of how bad this problem is becoming. Because you know they're going to lie about this. They're going to justify and divert attention.
