I’ve been loving some of the artwork I’ve seen of a heaven or hell. If an oil painting had to be rendered for a scene, I’d simply transcend.

I love a villain. So, many of my villains. If I had to pick one (two)?…to avoid spoilers, a heaven of hell, or halfway home’s villain. Beyond villains (?) Jenna, currently, from unpublished: Children of the stars.

I met the people I love and cherish most in this world. I got to see places I’d written about that I never thought I would. I was gifted so many glorious opportunities that I’ll hold dear for the rest of my life.

Words aren’t just spoken. Naturally, we move or express ourselves bodily when driving home a point, even stillness is an expression. Our characters need liveliness to be relatable.

All of them. I used to berate myself for not writing something that could be considered highly prolific or meaningful, I’ve come to understand that escapism is also a balm to many.

It always changes - not because I think I’m entirely funny, but more so that I’d forgotten I’d written something and am reminded. Loved the wheelbarrow scene in Home Calls the Heart 💀

possibly the concept of shadow dances, and that I was able to use my night terror demons as characters…it took their power away - and Niall as a poltergeist (that was really fun). Also the banter. Love my bantering boys.
