🇪🇺🇺🇦 Last night’s strikes on Kiev killed civilians & damaged the Delegation of the EU to Ukraine and @eib.org offices. Our staff is fortunately safe. This reinforces our determination to support Ukraine and stop Russia’s war. Our hearts are with all Ukrainians and our colleagues on the ground.

Horrified by yet another night of deadly Russian missile attacks on Ukraine. My thoughts are with the Ukrainian victims and also with the staff of the EU Delegation in Ukraine, whose building was damaged in this deliberate Russian strike.

Today, the @eib.org Board approved €16 billion in new financing for Europe ✔️Energy security ✔️Business growth and competitiveness ✔️Global partnerships We also adopted a package for energy resilience and housing in Ukraine, showing our unwavering support to the country.
