Iām heartbroken over the story of

Behavior change is hard, but financial incentives make a difference. Offer something of value (reserved parking) and people will pay.

LA's single-stair motion has been adopted! And I very much appreciate these quotes from two moms of young kids on our council. More family-sized housing please!

Spoiler alert: not much punishment. Lack of jail time aside, why is it so hard to take a drivers license away?

I never attended one of his classes, but I will always consider Donald Shoup my favorite professor. He was very early on a wonky concept, but his work was the foundation for the reform movement today. He will be so so missed. RIP Professor Shoup

Aftermath of a crash on this mega-strode in Austin (near downtown if you can believe it). Remembering how the city tried to make it safer, and then Gov Abbott blocked it (because fewer lanes = less freedom).

Tariffs could be great for Facebook Marketplace and resale in general. I donāt think slapping huge tariffs on imports is good policy, but I also think consumption/waste of cheap goods is out of hand and could use a reset

Blue states need to greenlight housing deals now if they want more residents for the next census. Itās hard to feel a good economy if housing is not secure, and itās hard to keep electoral college votes unless you have an active pipeline of projects. BUILD BUILD BUILD BUILD BUILD
