Waiting on the cake to cool. I suspect I should have reduced the puree even more than I did, but I’m sure it’s fine. But the strawberry cream cheese frosting is amazing. It’s made with pulverized freeze dried strawberries. Worth making even for vanilla cupcakes or something.
