The single most important planning step I do at the beginning of the year is to go through my calendar and block time off. Planning for rest comes first, or it’s pretty unlikely to happen. So… here’s your nudge to go block off your calendar for rest as part of your 2025 planning. 🛏️

I need folks to stop sending automated calendar reminders for appointments that aren't today. I don't need a reminder for the call we have in 24 hours and when I get the reminder in my inbox, I have a mini-heart attack that I missed it. Do your friends with anxiety a favor and turn these off.
