This is fantastic but I can see that some City's will make sure the system is not placed downstream from a wastewater treatment system. Many folks don't realize that heavy rain or snow melts overcome the system and much is discharged without being treated. The City of Sudbury is one of those.

Of all the days for the hydro to go off for 2 hours. Poor little Simba crawled under the bed to stay cool. I had to keep crawling underneath to check his breathing as the heat really bothers his colapsing trachea. He had a rough night last night so neither of us slept well. Already in my nightie.😂
