A major coalition is launching a general strike in Minnesota tomorrow, aimed at pushing out ICE. It includes: -Amalgamated Transit Union Local 1005 -The MN AFL-CIO -SEIU Local 26 -UNITE HERE Local 17 -CWA Local 7250 -Saint Paul and Minneapolis Federations of Educators -Faith leaders And more. 🧵

A friend lent me his PS5 so I started Ghost of Yotei. So far it's like a male writer's "she bounced boobily down the stairs" except it's a western dev's "Atsu-chan kneeled samurai-like amongst gingko leaves to play a shamisen tune honoring Amaterasu". Also that dev was handed 200 million dollars.

To be honest I feel sad, angry and ashamed that no more people used the opportunity of the game awards to protest the ongoing genocide of Palestinians, the trump administration, hell—the destruction of the industry's own workforce. Silence, for what? A prize from a show funded by blood money?

To be honest given that The Game Awards completely axed and abandoned the whole Future Class program when the alumni organized to demand the show acknowledge Palestinian genocide, it's IMMENSELY embarassing how many people in our industry still support it, attend it, or even give it the time of day.
