Researching water shaders for Unity worlds. Any recommendations? Seems like the red_sim ones and the shoreline shader by nemu90kww are promising. But I don't want still placid water. The place I want to make has a unique tidal waveflow, should I just animate that in mesh?

I had the honor of being asked to join @matrices.bsky.social and @dekawolf.bsky.social for Spookality. Deka had the idea of a creature that rides the tv signals and jumps out of your TV. Deka did the vision, TV and animated shaders, I modeled/rigged, Matrices did the Unity insanity.

Went to the dentist again yesterday and had work on my inner front teeth. Since my tongue touches it all the time I kept asking for the surface to be polished just a bit smoother, but I didn't think of the edges. Turns out I unintentionally asked for them to sharpen my teeth! 😬

I opened up this game to finally finish it and legit forgot all the controls, oops. At least I did this!

Dedicating all my my braincells to fix a stupid bug in something that can't be tested alone is so stressful. I think I figured it out. I think the new behavior is better even if the bug is not fixed, but the bug is so hard to reproduce ahhhh.

All week I wanted a shake full of enrichment crumbs(aka McFlurry, Blizzard, Sonic Blast etc) Today I made the mistake of attempting McDonald's. The drive thru was full. I was deep in it by the time I saw the No Ice Cream sign. I had to walk out and ask the car behind me to reverse so I could escape.

We did it! We accomplished and made something really awesome as a team for VRChat Spookality! I'm thrilled everything (within our control) is working. We will have a big reveal soon, for now have this less exciting performance stats preview as a teaser.

Now this coyote can bite and lick everyone!! Added in most of the blendshapes for the Unified Expressions for Facetracking. I didn't add all since some just didn't look good on a muzzle face shape. This really gives me "my fursuit has a moving jaw" energy and I find it to be very exciting.

I've done it!!! I made a DIY facetracker for my VR experience!!! WOW I am having so much fun with it already too. Voted most likely to bite every friend and non-friend in the vicinity now!!!

Ooh, I found a Pacific Tree Frog while picking blackberries today!

While out on a hike at the park Deka and I found a lost phone. It was unlocked so I could text 'Grandma' on it. We went on a side quest to meet her and managed to return it! She gave us $7 as a thank you. With that I got fresh farm eggs down the street with it. One of my farm eggs had 3 yolks!!

Today I ordered supplies to DIY my own lower face tracking module for VR! The components i ordered don't come til sometime next week. But it'll be for Project Babble ( https://docs.babble.diy/ ) I've been debating starting this diy project for a while, so now it's finally time!
