But this change in gear is really only going to help us catch up to where we should have been years ago; general practice is still in the slow lane, and this funding is still nowhere near enough what we need to tackle decades of under investment.

New GP contract for England has just been announced. This boost in funding for general practice in England is hopefully enough for practices to confidently change up a gear, and leave behind most of the constraints that came with the original ARRS funding. But – 🧵
