Golden eagles were reintroduced to Ireland, but are now struggling. How come? Severe ecosystem imbalance due to overgrazing and other factors, causing a lack of prey. Rewilding *must* take a holistic approach to restoring nature, or it won't work.

To note: Both Micheal Martin and Simon Harris said we would have “close to 40,000 houses built” in 2024. Before the election, govt repeatedly dismissed reports that house completions in 2024 would be closer to 30,000 .
