This is just my take, but. imo Blitz didn't like “Blitzy” at first because he thought Stolas was using affectionate terms all willy-nilly to play with his feelings. The nickname felt fake to him. But now that Blitz realizes Stolas is genuine, I think he really misses hearing "Blitzy..."
