Line dancing around straight people is always such an interesting experience. Not even in a bad way, it's just like a weird culture shock. Also I definitely read as Nonthreatening Masculine Queer Person to every single one of them. So many people talk to me at straight line dancing things.

The horror zine rules thing going around is so funny in how deeply self congratulatory it is. I don't even think there's anything wrong with classing horror without sex or gore as horror, but the tone of moral and creative superiority that comes with it is SO funny.

We watched Bring Her Back yesterday and I liked it! Mean little movie.

One thing I really clocked at AFC was how saying something is "handmade" means something different to just about everyone. Which is okay, like, I get it! But it also feels a little bleak sometimes, like the world's meaning has been flipped around so much that people kind of sneer at it.

Genuinely, honestly my favorite thing about furry cons is seeing people who are just DEEPLY in their bag with their extremely niche interest or fetish. It just rules. Even if I don’t get it at all it’s sick as hell.

Looking back at it this year has been quite a good harvest. Along with the usual carrots and tomatos... We've expanded the rather humble home garden to house pumpkins and zucchinis which didn't take long before they started sprouting over their respected pots. Quite happy how it turned out. :>
