The "self-made bases" part is just ridiculous. Generally speaking, banning the use of 3D models (like CSP, Design Doll, etc.) as a reference is just dumb. Lots of professionals use 3D models to make their workflow smoother and faster, not to mention the shortcuts manga artists use.
