Lewis seems very positive and hungry in his post-race interview. He’s encouraged! He knows he was quicker and he knows Merc aren’t *that* far ahead. He knows with a bit more car development he could be right in the fight. Haven’t seen that look in his eyes for a while. 💪 #F1

Lewis didn’t get the podium this time, but, never mind - just be encouraged that his race pace his back. It looked like he was the quicker of the two, which didn’t really happen last year. His time will come.

Charles post-race interview talking about how Merc not as far ahead in the race as in qualifying… I think the situation we have here is Merc is clearly a quicker car but on race pace Ferrari have quicker drivers. #F1

That was a fun race. Charles vs George in the early stages was constantly back and forth - just a shame Ferrari handed it to Merc far too early and easily. Both Ferraris off the line very quickly and Lewis rapid at the end. I think wins will come sooner rather than later. #F1

In all honesty, my biggest concern right now is the “super clipping”. Watching/hearing the cars just run out of breath and fall impotent at the ‘climax’ stage of a long fast straight, is so sad and depressing. #F1
