I’ve seen a shocking amount of AI generated menus / food photos across my time in Japan so far, at a level I haven’t seen in LA. Seems like restaurant owners are really hip on ChatGPT. Not the nicest sight lol. Kinda crazy cuz otherwise the level of taste of your average restaurant owner is insane.

A total dream. It’s so cathartic seeing the game out now…but the funny thing is it feels like the job really starts now. It’s one thing to try to build up hype the last 18 months, it’s another thing to capitalize on it, and really try to build and cement a community form it. I can’t wait.
