The harvest moon was so bright last night in all of her silvery splendour😍. Known as Lleuad y cynhaeaf/ Lleuad y Naw Nos Olau, this phase was particularly adored amongst reapers who harvested the last crop under her guidance, hence the name "the moon of the nine light nights" Blessings everyone 🌕

It was wonderful to be able to visit Bees: a story of survival exhibition in Liverpool🐝. Such an eye opening experience to the phenomenal lives of these tiny miracle workers, their vital importance within the ecosystem and their reminder of both the transcience and Interconnectedness of all life🍯

Visiting Kernow(Cornwall) i got the chance to learn about the regions folk magic 😍, with my favourite being the Kolon Vor / Sea heart 🩵. Though they drift ashore from places like the Caribbean and South Africa, these are used as good luck charms and to help ease childbirth 👶 #witchsky #folkloresky

A handy way to protect your house from malevolent forces is to use threshold patterns. In the Welsh Marches a poultice was created with Oak, Dock & sometimes Elder leaves🍃 which would then be used to draw interlacing circles or crosses upon the threshold🚪.This would then act as a barrier #witchsky
